SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO SHIP TO THE REGISTERED PAYPAL ADDRESS. WE CANNOT DELIVER TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS.
We will post all items using a fully tracked and insured service on a 48-hour delivery service (you can check the cost before you buy when you put the item in your basket). If you would like 24 hr delivery, please check out the postage section to add £1.99 to your basket.
Postage is to the UK mainland only.
We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28, and HS.
We will post the item within 1 working day, for example, if you buy on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday (unless it is a bank holiday and then it will be Tuesday). If an item is ordered before 1 pm we aim to send it out the same day. However, we have a working showroom and workshop and so cannot always guarantee that. We do guarantee that we will post within 24 hours of receiving the order UNLESS it is ordered on a Friday afternoon, over a weekend, or on a Bank Holiday
All items are also available for viewing /collection/payment from our shop in Bolton. If paying with PayPal the item must be delivered to the address on the PayPal payment.
We advise you to check the packaging when your goods are delivered. If there are signs of damage to the box - mark this on the delivery note and cross out any phrase that says the goods were received in good condition. If you sign for the goods and fail to cross out any statement saying you received the goods "In Good Condition" you will be liable for the damage. However unfair it may sound this is imposed by our courier in case of a claim. You are encouraged to open the goods in front of the delivery driver and check the status of the goods before signing.

You are also able to collect from our store in Bolton. Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm; Closed on Saturday and Sunday.
If your item does not give you the option to exclude carriage, please send us a message and we will refund the carriage as soon as we have confirmed with you that you are planning to collect.

All our warranties are RTB (Return To Base ie bring it back to us)
In the unlikely event of a problem within your warranty period, please contact us by phone or email as it may be something we can resolve over the phone. If it must come back to base you will need to return the item to us at your expense.
We have a quick turnaround policy and any warranty claims are dealt with as a matter of urgency. We will keep you informed throughout the process and once the warranty claim is dealt with, we will return the item to you at our expense.
PLEASE NOTE. IF YOU DO NEED TO RETURN ANYTHING TO US UNDER A WARRANTY CLAIM, PLEASE ENSURE THE ITEM IS PROPERLY PACKED, PREFERABLY IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY INADEQUATE PACKING AND/OR INADEQUATE SHIPPING INSURANCE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A WARRANTY CLAIM.
